Open Meetings: "Is Well-Being Your State?"

Engaging sessions across four countries, introducing adults to the concept of well-being and encouraging them to incorporate it into their lives

 

International Training for Educators

A 3-day training event in Croatia, designed to equip adult educators with the skills to teach and support well-being in their communities. 

The training took place in October 2024 on 22-24 in Rijeka (Croatia). The training was attended by 15 people from 4 countries. The training lasted 3 days, 18 hours in total. The training was conducted in English. The participants were employees of partner institutions. The educational basis for conducting the program was the program developed in Activity 3. The trainers conducting the training were people who were the authors of the program.

Training objectives:

- developing knowledge and awareness of educators on the subject of life well-being

- showing that achieving well-being can be learned

- developing skills related to the analysis of the needs of adults, which can help them achieve well-being

- developing skills that lead to building well-being

- presenting the role of an educational and development advisor in the implementation of well-being.

 

The training participants were educators, trainers, pedagogues, instructors conducting classes for adults in non-formal education related. Preference will be given to people who already have practical professional experience in working with adults in the area of ​​psychoeducation and/or developing soft skills.

Cascade Training for Adult Educators

Training sessions aimed at expanding the network of well-being coaches across Europe, ensuring the project's sustainability and long-term impact

 

Seminars for Adult Education Providers

Focused on promoting the role of the educational and development counselor, these seminars will attract institutions interested in integrating well-being into their offerings

 

Development of a Brochure

A comprehensive guide for adult educators on the role and competencies of a wellness coach, available in five languages
