Miejska Strefa Kultury w Łodzi
“Miejska Strefa Kultury w Łodzi” (MSK) is a public cultural centre co-financed by Municipality of Łódź. It consists of 15 branches located in different districts of the city. The branches work under one brand, combining their experience and achievements. Main aim of MSK is to respond to the needs of local community in the area of non-formal and informal education. The mission of MSK is to educate adults and youth, to propagate culture, animate and integrate the local community.
MSK runs around 100 different classes for adults and seniors. Among others, the art-therapeutic class ‘Kre-aktywni’, for people who are looking for personal development, wishing to open up to new experiences, learning and making changes in their lives, and workshops: ‘Emergency exit - workshops for busy people’. This is an idea to support those who are very busy with work and domestic matters, but would like to find at least a little time for their extra passions. The MSK also has free time advisor. It offers assistance in finding free time and making good use of it.
ArTeam
“ArTeam” Bulgaria is an NGO established at 2016 in Sofia, Bulgaria. The organization is focused on mental health and well-being. The representatives of Arteam have significant experience working as counselling psychologists for adolescents and adults. They provide group and individual psychological support with a special focus on people from disadvantaged and vulnerable groups.
The main areas of ArTeam activities are:
- Mental health and well-being for adolescents and adults
- Inclusion of people from vulnerable groups, including people with disabilities
- Informal education and development of social and emotional skills, soft skills and self-awareness
- Raising awareness campaigns
Absentia
Absentia is a non-profit organization that aims to fill the gaps left by a rapidly changing society. We focus on promoting environmental and social sustainability, building community, promoting social inclusion, urban regeneration, and social and European project design. Additionally, Absentia is dedicated to developing small rural communities and villages, as the phenomenon of depopulation is a major concern for us. Absentia is committed to social innovation and social entrepreneurship, with a belief in the value of benefit societies.
The Adult Education Institution Dante
The Adult Education Institution Dante is a modern and efficient institution that has been carrying out adult education programmes in Rijeka, Croatia, for over 30 years. Dante attracts numerous generations of adult learners by offering quality educational formal and non-formal programmes and courses that respond to the needs of modern society and contribute to the development of adult education at the local, regional, and European level. Dante’s career centre offers career counselling services to people who are at key milestones in their educational or career path. Dante is a European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA) member and has hosted and organized numerous international meetings, training events, and conferences related to adult education.
